Assessments

Assessments are due on March 1, 2024

Although most homeowners pay on time, those of you who don't will accrue late fees at a rate of $25 per month per assessment until the account is paid in full.  Recording Fees will be added if you are more than 30 days late.  A lien on your property will prevent you from selling, refinancing or any change of ownership until we release it. Paying the HOA on time is just as important as paying your auto, home and credit cards on time.  Just like those, when you pay late, it costs extra.

For those of you who are exceedingly delinquent or think you can ‘get away’ without paying, keep in mind the HOA has the right to foreclose on your property to collect payment.

Invoices and Payments

We have moved to electronic invoicing and payments.

All invoices will be sent to the email address of record. If you dont provide an email address, we will mail you a paper invoice but keep in mind you will incur a $25 fee on top of your assessment.

We still accept checks if thats how you prefer to pay but we also now offer online payments.
